The EV XM is the logical further development of the proven EV 112-132 TM.
We have listened to our customers and taken up many small suggestions again and again and tested possible improvements to many devices.
This all-new EV XM TM offers the following key features:
- Available in widths 160, 240, 320 and 480mm
- New torque motors for even higher accelerations and highest production performance.
- Monitored COLIBRI pilot release and pressure cylinder for very fast and highly precise pilot release with cycle rates of up to over 1500 strokes/min.
- Rolls are easier to exchange. Upper roll extractable via side plate.
- Threading aid without operating the controller.
- More powerful, smoother components (gears, bearings, etc.) for the use of more powerful motors.
- For improved maintenance and cleaning of the rolls, the roller basket and inlet plate can be pulled out as a unit.
- Greater versatility and adjustment of the roller basket including optional central adjustment of the side guides.
