We are pleased to present the new R-Series at the BlechExpo from October 26-29 in Stuttgart. Common to all these roll feed models is the one-sided construction, which, thanks to the new R design, allows easy removal and replacement of the rolls. This design is also suitable for installation in special machines, such as stamping and bending machines
The EV RX roll feed with a small servo torque motor TK and the Colibri pilot release system is the top model of the R series. It is built for high-speed applications with highest precision up to over 2000 strokes /min. The very compact feed is ideal for use with small materials, such as electrical contacts and connectors. The versatile system is available in widths of 80, 160, 240 and 320 mm.
As a double system, the design is also suitable to feed two strips side by side.
The compact precision roll feed is available as EV RE SE with a selection of servo motors from Siemens or Rockwell or alternatively as EV RE IC with integrated control.
In widths of 40mm, 80mm 160mm, the feed is ideal for small materials, wires and electrical contacts. The EV RE is launched as a cost-effective alternative to the EV RX without sacrificing the proven Swiss Made mechanics and the directly coupled and driven upper roll.
This new roll feed is available as EV RF SE with a selection of servo motors from Siemens or Rockwell or alternatively as EV RF IC with integrated control.
Available in widths of 320mm and 480mm (later also 240mm), the EV RF is (analog to the to the EV RE) offered as an attractively priced precision feed with a direct-coupled upper roll. With two lateral pressure cylinders, the EV RF is ideal for sensitive materials and films. With a stronger contact pressure and the optional roll opening of 5mm or 15mm, the EV RF is also suitable as a cost-effective solution for many special applications.
